OFFICER ELECTIONS: elections for next year will be at the March Chapter Meeting. All chapter members should start thinking about whether or not they want to run for an officer position next year. Being an officer is work, but it's a lot of fun and very rewarding. I encourage everyone in the org to run. Clcik here for more info on the different positions-- Positions
2. We will be planning OPTIONAL buddy events every Friday evening.
Right now we are thinking the event could be bringing your buddy to tea
(we will all go to one tea as a group, or plan our own) and then dinner
at one of the Smith houses every other Friday. This way, it'll be
really easy (and free) to get together with your buddy twice a month!
**Finally, we had pretty low turnout at the meeting this month, despite
only ONE person e-mailing me to say they couldn't come. Please remember
that part of your responsibility to this org is coming to the monthly
chapter meetings.**
