Membership Coordinator: Organize roster at the beginning of the year
and keep it updated. Make sure each buddy pair is fulfilling the
commitments to each other through weekly update e-mails and
follow-through with pairs who are having problems or not fulfilling

Activities Coordinator: Plan all monthly chapter activities. Planning
includes reserving spaces, notifying chapter members of the event, and
purchasing any necessary goods/food for the event. E-mail Linda if you

Treasurer: Meets with Budgeting Committee for budget each year. Keeps
track of org budget and oversees fundraising activities. Allots some of
the budget to each activity. E-mail Francesca if you have any questions

E-Buddies Coordinator/Website Designer: Encourages each buddy pair to
contact each other through e-mail, and for buddies to join the E-buddies
program. Next year we will also combine this position with the Website
Designer position. You will be required to maintain the Smith Best
Buddies website and update it regularly with announcements, meeting and
activity plans, and pictures, etc. E-mail Brittany if you have any

Historian: Takes photographs at each of the Best Buddies activities.
Helps with org publicity around campus through posters, chalkings, etc.
