Dear Seniors,
For all of you who came to the meeting, thanks for showing up — sorry I was unprepared for the response. Next year I’ll have a larger room and more doughnuts!
I am sending as an attachment Daryl Gehman’s handout about graduate schools. I remind you that the other speaker from the CDO was David Machowski, who is ready, willing, and able to help you find work next year.
Judith Strzempko can answer questions about graduation or you can find information on the commencement web page here: http://www.smith.edu/commencement/, and I am happy to help you with academic issues or other sorts of advice.
Take care,

I wanted to let you know about a very exciting brand new website made just for you by the Alumnae Association. http://alumnae.smith.edu/smithcms/2010/index.php. It was created to centralize helpful information for Seniors: class events, class news, relevant CDO information, campus events calendar, commencement information, and ways to connect to Alums.
AND be sure to come to the Powderpuff game on Sunday October 25th, tailgate at 1:30pm and GAME TIME at 2:00pm. You can purchase team shirts in the CC this week at lunch time on Wednesday or Friday or simply wear RED to the game.
Cheers,

First order of business is senior photos.
Work has already begun on the 2010 Madeleine Yearbook at Smith College. The Yearbook Staff has made special arrangements to have McGrath Studios’ Professional Portrait Photographers on campus for Senior Portrait Sessions beginning Monday, September 21st.
Your school password to schedule is “SMC”
There is a No Charge for the session. Each senior photographed will have an opportunity to choose from a selection of color proofs the pose which will appear in the Yearbook, as well as order Senior Portraits for family and friends.
The photographer will be set up in the garden by the fountain in the Science Quad. Classic styles in solid colors look best. If you have any questions, please call our customer service at 800-588-7681 or email us at info@mcgrathstudios.com.
Times are limited, so be sure to sign up today for your appointment!
