According to LandscapeOnline.com, Canadian alumna Cornelia Hahn Oberlander ’44 will receive the Sir Geoffrey Jellicoe Award, the International Federation of Landscape Architect’s (IFLA) premier award.
The award will be presented at the IFLA’s World Congress 2011 in Switzerland for Oberlander’s “outstanding contribution to landscape architecture through her life-long commitment to her chosen profession. Her achievement in all aspects of landscape architecture – landscape planning, landscape research, landscape design and landscape management has been quite phenomenal.”
