This fall students participated in Smith’s Fourth Annual International Photo Contest. Photos reflected Smith students who studied, interned, worked, volunteered, and engaged in research outside of the U.S. from September 2010 through August 2011.
The photos were displayed in the Nolen Art Lounge at the Campus Center. A panel of Smith experts in photography, visual anthropology and global culture completed a juried review of the contest submissions and a People’s Choice Award was awarded by the public.
The photo of Santorini, Greece really contrasts with the green grass. I sat here wondering how the mountain supports all of those buildings without sliding over the edge. Nice job.
