This evening marks the first official German Club meeting. All are welcome to attend the meeting, whether they speak German or just have an interest in German culture. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. in the German Lounge, Hatfield 204.
English will be spoken at the meeting and the club will review plans for the semester, introduce the board, and have an informal “show and tell” about everyone’s interest in things German.
Next week, the German Studies department is hosting a traditional coffee and cake social, Kaffeestunde, on Tuesday, March 6 from 5-6 p.m. Attendees can practice their German while enjoying pastries in the German Lounge, Hatfield 204.
