This Friday kicks off the Women’s Global Leadership Celebration, a three-day campus-wide event that honors the impact Smith women have had on the world.
In presentations, panel discussions, and academic sessions throughout the weekend, notable alumnae, Smith faculty, and students will share ideas related to some of the world’s most pressing issues, including women’s health, American politics, and the environment. On Saturday evening, President Carol Christ will announce a major new fundraising initiative to re-imagine the liberal arts in the 21st century.
