Learning about the world through the stomach: Monday's International Students' Day Food Festival was a huge success. With a walk around the Campus Center Carroll Room, hundreds of Smith College students, faculty, and visitors took a gastronomical trip around the world this Monday afternoon. The South Asia Concentration focuses on the interdisciplinary study of South Asia and its diaspora. Day 2011 featured dozens of international dishes prepared by students. Students, faculty, and staff sampled the food and supported the International Student Organization.
