During one of the short outages last Wednesday, Novell authentication for users on the AD section of the Novell Network tree (administrators) was damaged.
This problem only affects Mac users connecting to Admin servers via AFP (i.e. “Connect to Server”). It does not affect Secure Shell/SFTP or FTP access to these servers.
While this problem is sorted out, you can still access the files on your Network Drive via SFTP (using an SFTP client). You can find instructions for connecting to a Network Drive using Fetch or using Fugu on TARA.
