Office 2007 Tutorials

In earlier versions of Office, related options are grouped together in traditional menus.  In Office 2007 applications, related options are grouped under separate tabs, each with its own “Ribbon” toolbar. (You can hide or show the Ribbon at any point while you work.) Many options are also available in easily-accessed pop-up menus.

If you’d like to try out the new Ribbon toolbar, or practice using other features of the Office 2007 user interface, we recommend Microsoft’s excellent on-line tutorials:
