Groove would like to welcome our two newest Groovies, Emerson Lynch '15 and Megan Yeo '15! Congratulations!

September 18, 2011

Groove is getting ready for a great new year! Arch Sing is here, today at 8:30pm under the neon lights! Come check out all of the Smith a cappella groups!

Auditions will be next week at the following times:

Monday, 9/19, from 6:30-8:30
Tuesday, 9/20, from 5-7
Wednesday, 9/21, from 6:30-8:30

Auditions will be in Sage 15 on Monday and Tuesday and Sage 8.5 on Wednesday.

Just bring yourself and a first verse and chorus of a song that shows off your voice! Because Groove is affiliated with the music department, you must be a member of the glee club or chorus to audition. Check out the Facebook Event!

Groove is gearing up for a great semester in less than a month and a half. Get ready for some great music!! Information about auditions and upcoming performances are forthcoming.

Groove has two last performances this year! Check us out (along with the glee club) at the Commencement Concert on Saturday, May 14, at 12:30pm in Sweeney. Later that night, help us sing out our seniors at Illuminations!

Groove has had a jam packed spring, with our GROOVESTOCK themed jam and performances at events both on campus and off campus, but you can catch us at least twice before the end of the year. Come see Groove at Prospie Sing this Thursday, 4/14, at 7:00 PM in Helen Hills Hills! This Saturday, see Groove (and the Glee Club and Chorus) at this Saturday's Spring Serenade at 8pm in Sweeney!
