Smith College Ice Hockey was founded in 1995 and this year marks the 13th season for hockey here at Smith. Smith College as a member of the American Collegiate Hockey Association and competes against other club ice hockey teams from across the nation.

As a club team any member of the Smith College student body may join regardless of playing ability or past experience. Practices are conducted twice a week and are designed to both challenge the advanced player and nurture the novice.

In addition to practices the 08-09 season will consist of 20 games against  independent Colleges, Universities and community teams within the NEWCHL league. Our Home games (and practices) are played at near by Lassone Arena in Easthampton, MA.
