Auditions:
Anyone still interested in auditioning for orchestra should send an email to orchestra@smith.edu. We are playing Beethoven's Triple Concerto and Beethoven's 3rd Symphony. To get the excerpts and more information on the audition process click on the “Auditions” tab above and follow the directions. The complete parts are available, as well. You can email me if you forgot the username/password or if you have any problems.
Changes to the Orchestra:
Rehearsal is on Tuesdays from 7:30 - 10 pm AND on Mondays from 8:30 - 10 pm. The Sunday rehearsals will take many different forms such as sectionals with performance faculty and full orchestra rehearsals. It is a big commitment that we truly believe will allow us to feel more prepared and give us the chance to tackle a new level of music.
