Team/board moderator, head coordinator between Smith Rugby and the college adminstration, Student Government Association, Head of Club Sports, and the Athletic Association.

Responsible for budgetary concerns and keeping track of funds, expenditures and receipts. Assists president with adminstrative matters.

Head of all back players, plans and directs practices in conjunction with the coach, sits on selection committee.

Liaison between Smith College Rugby and opposing teams, responsible for booking referees and EMTs at home games, provides directions, and coordinates transportation to and from games.

Plans rugby fundraisers, in charge of selling, ordering, and keeping track of all merchandise.

B-side liaison, acts as captain when the Forward and Back captains are unavailable. Responsible for the acclimation of rookies.

Responsible for registering Smith College Rugby for competitions during the Spring tournament season and is in charge of the team's travel arrangements for tournament season. The Tournament Chair is also the point person for the team's Spring Break training trip.
