Captain is our sweet
golden
retriever. She isn't too bright, but what
she lacks in brains she makes up for in good looks. Captain is a notorious bear-dog, and always takes good care of the house when Mama goes out to run errands. She has beautiful soft fur, and tends to present her backside when offered a petting. The Parishes also own a number of goldfish that live in Elliot's room (much to his chagrin). The goldfish (while fed properly) are not petted nearly as much as Captain, and are NEVER invited on walks or up on the bed. Poor fishies. |

Our beautiful bird, Pretty Boy, lives in the kitchen above the work desk. He is such a talkative little fellow! A gorgeous blue color, Pretty Boy's given name (given by Maya, of course) is Sky. His chirping commentary is quite a cheery addition to the jumbly noises of a full house. Snova has the ability to commune with all the animals in our house, and often speaks for them. Pretty Boy makes quite the peanut gallery!
