    Coconuts Game The game consists of listening to a word, and then clicking on the correct word. If you are correct the monkey gets a banana, if not a coconut falls on his head. It is a fun game that allows you to learn how to pronounce simple words.
    Sound Off. This is a memory game with easy words, such as fruit, tuck, dark, etc. After you match two words, it says the word. This game is a great way to teach children how to pronounce words. There are 3 levels of general words.

    Making your own story
    Pick from one of these Preschoool Stories. You can choose to write about Grover's summer day, Telly in space, or the adventures of Elmo in grouchland.

    Spell a Roo
    Click on the misspelled word. It has a beginner and intermediate level. Probably good for children in 2nd grader or higher.

    Spell Check
    Click on the misspelled word, and then try to spell it correctly. It has an easy and hard level probably best for 3rd graders and up.

    This game is great because you have options of receiving hints, having the game timed and scored for you. You listen to the word, and then you have to spell it. You can listen to the word as many times as you need to. It has 3 levels of general words.

    Click on Who is Spooking Who? Then click on Spell Bound ABC.
    This game has 3 levels and a timer. It is probably best for children in 1st, 2nd grade or higher.

      The Plural Girls Choose the correct plural version of the word.
      Grammar Gorillas
      This game tests you on your parts of speech. There is an easy and a hard level. Easy level consists of nouns and verbs. 2 words are highlighted and you must pick which one is the noun or the verb. The Hard level includes adjectives, pronouns, and adverbs.

      The Frog and the Fly
      This game tests your knowledge of parts of speech. This game is a little bit harder than Grammar Gorillas, because it uses common words in different parts of speech. For example- it will place RED in a sentence but as an adjective instead of a noun. If you are correct, the frog gets to eat the fly or else he falls into the water. This game is probably best for children 3rd or 4th grade and up.

      Swap Game This game tests your ability to put a sentence into the correct order. Probably children from 3rd grade and up, can play. You can choose between Easy, Medium and Hard, and whether you want questions, adjectives or relative clauses.
      Message in a Bottle Must put the words into the right order to form sentences.
      Scrambled Sentences This game is meant to teach you about verb tenses. It is very similar to swap but it is not as child friendly, it might be better for older kids.

      Space Cats This game tests your verb tenses- past participle and past tense. You must pick the correct word in order to protect the city.

      There are 4 volumes(36 different types) of Crosswords. Probably children from 3rd grade and above can start doing these. They have some with only words starting with the letter A, B, C, etc. There is 10 questions in each game.
      Step by Step This game is similar to a crossword, you must guess the word by changing only one letter from the previous game. This game is probably best for children in 5 or 6th grade.

    Reading Comprehension

      Paint by Idioms
      This game has easy, hard and 4 types of other levels to test your knowledge on idioms. After each correct answer part of your cartoon is painted. This game is probably best for children in 4 or 5th grade and up.
      Heraldry Game consists of asking you to identify the correct shields, blazons, etc. according to the rules.
