Alzate, along with Gaspar van Weerbecke, is mentioned specifically in chapter 11 of the fragmentary constitution B in VatS 687 as singers who had participated in the division of the entrance fee of 12 ducats paid by new singers even though both were sick at the time of the admission. The date he left the chapel is not known, but it certainly was before 1525.
