Add collaborators (i.e., "registered users") to your WordPress site
Who can do this?
It is very easy to add users who have Smith email addresses. If you want to add users who do not have an active Smith email, please click here. When adding users, make sure to click on the Add User tab in the left side navigation menu, not at the top of the page.
Once you get to the Add User page, simply enter the username, select a role, and click “add user.” You can learn more about different user roles here.
If you have multiple users (with a Smith email address), you may add them in “Add Bulk User” box found on the same page as the single “Add User” page above. Simply add the usernames (not email) on separate lines. If you have a class list email list, an easy way to do this is to do a “Find and Replace” for “@smith.edu” to remove that part of the email address. Then you can cut and paste the usernames directly into the Add Bulk User box.
