Tomorrow, Smith’s Global Studies Center presents a Global Salon: 21st Century State Craft—Engaging with Muslim Communities around the World.

The event, which begins at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 27, features guest speaker Farah Pandith ’90, Special Representative to Muslim Communities for the U.S. State Department.

Farah has also been involved in the Women in Public Service Project, a partnership between the State Department and women’s colleges that aims to advance women’s leadership in politics and governance worldwide.
