Since its founding 50 years ago, over 400 men and women from all over the world have received the Diploma in American Studies (AMS) from Smith College.
This summer, more than three dozen of the program’s alumni will return to Smith to participate in the Smith College Reunion weekend. In addition to AMS programming, alumni will be able to participate in general Reunion events like the Alumnae Parade and a panel on Smith’s role in the international community. Reunion organizers have also been collecting writing from AMS alumni and are compiling them into a “Reunion Book” featuring more than 130 entries.
