This Thursday, join visiting scholar Alfred Babo and Emerita Professor of Government Catharine Newbury for a What’s Happening Around the World (WHAW) lunch in response to the recent coup in Mali.
The Crisis in Mali: Implications of the French Intervention will take place at noon on Thursday, February 14 in the Global Studies Center. Babo and Newbury will provide historical context for the current situation in Mali and West Africa more broadly. A pizza lunch will be served.
