Step 1: Design

You’ll need to design your sign using software such as Adobe Illustrator. A Sign Lab staff member can help you get started with designing.

Step 2: Bring your design to the Sign Lab during Open Hours

Put your design file in Google Drive or on a USB drive and bring it to the Sign Lab. Our staff will discuss your design with you and help you modify it for use on our vinyl cutter, if necessary.

Step 3: Pick a Color

Choose from one (or more) of our 12 colors of adhesive vinyl!

Step 4: Cut your sign

A Sign Lab staff member will help you cut out your design.

Step 5: Install your sign

You can apply our adhesive vinyl signs to almost any flat surface. Be careful: while signs are easily removable from surfaces like glass and metal, they may remove paint if applied to some wall surfaces. For larger signs, we recommend wet application, which we can help you with.
