The Karuna Center for Healing and Yoga Arts is located in the heart of Northampton. The director, Eileen Muir, has been teaching since 1983. There are eight well trained teachers on staff, all who share a passion for yoga and great teaching.

Eileen Muir began practicing yoga when she was thirteen and has since become a certified yoga instructor and has a yoga teacher training program. In addition to yoga, Eileen practices Vipassana meditation with Adyashanti. She believes in the power of yoga to relieve suffering and puts that passion into her teaching.

They offer yoga classes for levels beginner through advanced incorporating alignment, breathing, and more. There are also meditation sessions, singing devotionals, and Tai Chi offered at the center.
