Students in the SAP program will have the opportunity to participate in research internships, most likely in the Spring semester. Some of these opportunities may extend in to the Summer.
We have established partnerships with colleagues in a number of institutions, including the Université Diderot (Paris VII), the National Museum of Natural History (MNHN), the Pasteur Institute, Université Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI) as well as a number of foundations, nonprofits and biotech companies.
These research internships are intense and competitive, and we are in no way guaranteeing that a student in the SAP program will have an internship. An internship may not be the best fit with your personal and academic plans, nor is every student necessarily suited for an internship. We have established an extensive network of colleagues willing to host SAP students in their labs, and it is ultimately up to the lab director to make an internship offer to an SAP student. We will work diligently to match suitable SAP students with meaningful research opportunities.
