Each day I walked past the same pastry shop in Taksim Square.

Here is the pyramid at 9:00 am.

At 5:00, it was a different story. It seems that everyone took their late afternoon pause to sit and have a small sweet and a glass of tea. Then the pyramid diminished…until the next day, when it was rebuilt.
