Feminists of Smith Unite (FSU)

FEMINISTS OF SMITH UNITE (FSU) Feminists of Smith Unite works to “increase political and social awareness of feminist issues and to affect change through education, demonstration and activism on the Smith campus and in the community.” Their activities include guest speakers, trips to various conventions, educational programs in local schools, a monthly newsletter, movies concerning women’s experiences, and “consciousness raising performances.” Meetings are devoted to educating their members and planing actions according to the interests of the group at the time.
