Artist tables have all been filled. Thank you to everyone who applied!
Applications must be turned in by mail to the address indicated on the Registration forms, or if you are a Smith student you may hand it into the person indicated on the form.
The forms must be turned in with a check for the respective amount for the tables you have requested. Please put the form into an envelope with the check.
In addition, the tables are first come first serve. The sooner we get your application and check the sooner we can confirm your spot in Conbust 2017.
After we get your application and check and everything is ok, we will send you an email! So please make sure that your write your email neatly and legibly on the form.
We will let you know when all artist tables have been filled as soon as possible.
In the event that you cancel your registration, or that you didn't get into Conbust but you've already sent your check, we will rip up the check and let you know so you don't pay for what you didn't get.
If you want to be placed on the waitlist, after we send you the email stating you didn't get in, you may reply and let us know. In the event that someone cannot make it to Conbust you will get a table!
In addition, if you are a minor, 18 or younger, please get your parents to also sign the registration form, and write their contact information such as Name, Number and Email on the back.
