March 27, 2020 Update
We’ve reorganized the site a bit in parallel with the release of more help materials. We now have a single page for information for course tools, called Supported Tools, with Instructions, Workshop materials, and FAQs. You can find this on the Resources menu. We will continue to update this new page with additional resources.
Highlights of this latest update include instructions for off-campus access to software and a significant expansion of our Zoom help materials, including how to secure your Zoom session.
Our consultation and workshop schedule for the week of March 30th will be posted late today.
March 20, 2020 update

March 11, 2020 update
Dear Smith faculty colleagues,
We hope you find this site helpful as you make alternate plans for your courses the rest of the semester. Please take a look at the following resources:
- A how-to guide for supporting different in-class teaching and learning activities (PDF)
- A one page overview of our model for supporting faculty through the end of Spring 2020 (PDF)
- Smith College Libraries Services
There are also helpful resources in the sidebar on this page (this shows as a separate menu in the mobile view), as well as an online form to request technical support, a consultation for your course, or to indicate interest in volunteering for our training and support program for Covid19.
We will continue to add more resources as we consult with you and learn what additional support we can provide.
