とてもきれいな本ですね！この本の中の絵は色がたくさんあって、とても美しいです。文がとても短くて、漢字があまりありません。とても簡単な本ですが、速く読んで、楽しい話だと思ういます。
This was a very enjoyable, though very easy, book. The pictures were pretty, especially in their use of color. The writing itself was very simple and easy to understand, and there wasn’t much in the way of kanji, difficult grammar or unfamiliar words. I’d recommend it.
子供の時、「となりのトトロ」という映画が大好きでした。だから、本を読み始まった時、とてもノスタルジックになりました。映画からの絵がとてもきれいで、キャラクターの考え方がもっとわかると思います。
I would recommend this book to people in lower levels of Japanese. It’s a familiar story, so it’s easy to follow, and there are very few kanji. It also provides a good opportunity to practice colloquial Japanese. The main characters are young children, so their dialogue is much less formal than most of what we study in class. And come on, it’s Totoro. We all love Totoro.
木村家のお正月休みは楽しかったですね。私の家族もお正月で家を掃除して、おじいちゃんの家へ行って、お年玉をもらいます。でも、神社がありませんから、行きません。この本を読ましたから、来年12月友達と日本に行きたいですよ。
This book introduces many Japanese new year traditions that I do not know before. It uses simple words and has lots of pictures. Overall it is a good book for first-year Japanese student.
