Frank Pietrangelo's Career Statistics   Frank Pietrangelo was Pittsburgh's fourth choice, 63rd overall, in the 1983 entry draft. He was traded to Hartford for the Whalers' third-round choice (Sven Butenschon) and seventh round choice (Serge Aubin) in the 1994 entry draft, March 10, 1992. He was signed as a free agent by the New York Islanders on July 28, 1994, who loaned him to the Minnesota Moose of the IHL for their inaugural season. Frank was born December 17, 1964 in Niagara Falls, Ontario, and catches left.   Frank played four seasons at the University of Minnesota and finished his collegiate career with a 51-23-4 record. He helped the Muskegon Lumberjacks to the IHL Turner Cup championship in 1989 with an 8-1 postseason record, and was a member of the 1991 Stanley Cup champion Pittsburgh Penguins team. He played a career-high 30 NHL games in 1992-93 with the Whalers. He recently retired after playing in Europe with Great Britain's Manchester Storm.
