Remarks: Crocker, wearing the SPRR sash, along with Stanford, who is labeled CPRR, has hijacked the stage of progress by the light of the silver dollar moon. Crocker is holding a pistol labeled freight rates at Arizona, New Mexico and California. Another pistol labeled fares is in his belt. Stanford, helped by Chinese laborers, is carrying the loot to the castle on Nob Hill while the little cur "R. R. C" barks harmlessly.
