Remarks: Harriman, defending flim-flam finance, breathes defiance to Roosevelt as William Howard Taft, Attorney General Charles Bonaparte, Frank B. Kellogg (a government attorney) and James Garfield, Commissioner of Corporations, look on. Of course very little of Harriman's success could be attributed to flim flam finance.
