Remarks: E. H. Harriman is branded a liar. Note the difference in the size of Roosevelt and Harriman. Cartoonists made powerless people small and so they are here asserting the primacy of the political over the economic world. In non-political arenas Harriman was portrayed as a colossus bestriding the world.
