April 26 -27, 2008

Women in World Affairs Conference at Smith College seeks to introduce undergraduate students to prominent women who have forged successful careers in the area of international affairs and made a difference by becoming talented leaders.

Students will meet prominent women who are involved in many different aspects of international affairs through the U.N., the press, the US State Department, and Fortune 500 companies. WIWAC speakers will not only be speak from a college podium, but also share about their college days. Like the students that will attend the Conference, these women had dreamed, planned, and worked hard to achieve their goals, never giving up and drawing confidence from their role models.
