Academic Roles explains the core contributions academics make in their work roles.

Tenure and Promotion explains the process of working toward, and applying for, tenure.

Planning Your Own Academic Career offers some tips in what to look for and how to go about seeking your first academic job.  Your Curriculum Vitae is also introduced.
