The American Autoimmune Related Diseases Association, Inc. offers an omnibus website with information and resources as well as calls for community building and advocacy.
Cancer
The National Cancer Institute’s CancerNet is an excellent source for information on cancer and its care. Specific sections on different types of cancers (breast, lung, etc.).
Coronary Artery Disease
The National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute offers many resources on the costliest medical condition. They also have a fact sheet.
HIV/AIDS
The Journal of the American Medical Associations’ HIV/AIDS Resource Center is a fine starting point. Offers "Best Links" to Center for Disease Control and other resources on prevention, infectious disease treatment, spread and issues in developing countries.
